A generation failed. Do I get my credits back?

Yes, automatically, usually within seconds. The charge and the refund both appear in your credit history on the Billing page. If a generation finished but the file is broken, write to us with the date and the model.

How do I cancel my plan?

From the Billing page of your account, in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not charged again. Your paid credits stay on your account.

Can I get a refund?

Within 14 days of a payment you can ask for a full refund of it, without giving a reason. Write to us from the email address on your account with the date and amount of the charge. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, and the credits it added that are still in your balance are removed.

I do not recognise a charge.

Your card statement shows Whop as the payment processor, so a charge for MegaScenes may not carry our name. Write to us and we will check it. Please write before you dispute it with your bank: we reply within 2 business days.

Why was the $1 first week not offered to me?

The first week is for new accounts, one per person. When it is not offered, every plan can still be bought at its regular price. If a card already had a first week on another account, that checkout is canceled and the $1 refunded automatically.

How do I delete my account?

Write to us from the email address on your account. Within 30 days we delete your account, your files and your history and confirm it by email, keeping only the records the law requires, such as payment records. Download anything you want to keep first.
